Shipping & Returns

All domestic orders are sent by DPD

International parcels are sent through DHL and will be shipped the next working day, tracking information will be provided. 

orders are sent in one of our reusable storage boxes

We offer a full exchange & refund policy. All items that are being returned, need to be sent to us within 14 days and must have the tag still attached to the hat and the hat must be in the same condition as it was received in, in it’s original box and zip lock bag, must not be bent or marked in any way. If these instructions aren’t followed you may be declined a return. 
I’m afraid we do not cover return postage costs. Before returning your item please email us to the email below with your reason for return and order number and we will give you the return instructions.
